The Audrey Award

This Award is named for Audrey Bothamley, a respected and beloved member of the Advertising community for many years. The award is the initiative of McCann Erikson (now MacLaren McCann) where Audrey spent most of her career. Each year, the ABCOM board welcomes nominations for individuals who have contributed in an outstanding way to the industry. The recipient of this award is viewed as a “leader” and a “success.

ABCOM BCIT Bursary for 2008

A $4,000 bursary will be awarded to a student graduating from either the BCIT Marketing Communications or Broadcast Program.* Candidates will be chosen from students who are completing their internship within the advertising or broadcast community and who demonstrate enthusiasm and leadership abilities.

Note:  Bursary is at the discretion of the ABCOM Board of Directors/ Scholarship Committee. *If more than one student exemplifies the desired qualifications then the bursary may be divided between recipients upon completion of the interview process.
